10) Penguin - Not particularly my favorite but... the funniest to watch
9) The Riddler - Jim Carrey did him justice I suppose, but all I saw was JIM CARREY, and not the Riddler... also Jim Carrey should dnever wear spandex (GREEN spandex) ever again.
8) Mr. FREEEZE - No AHNOLD, no CHILLING DEATH one liners about a perpetually FROZEN GOTHAM... just a distressed man who wants to bring his wife back to life... thank you, lol
7) TWO FACE - Harvey Dent.. when I was younger, I enjoyed his half normal half BLUE face haha
6) Catwoman - Batman's woman, lol
5) Ra's Al Ghul - Liam Neeson is the reason for the season C:
4) the Joker - Mark Hamil was perfect for the role LOL I love the Joker's stupid purple suit haha

2) Poison Ivy - Uma Thurman's "my vines have a crush on you" was so dumb but it still made me laugh

Harleen Quinzel, in the animated series, where she truly gained popularity, was always someone I remembered because of her clothes and TERRIBLY STRONG accent, LOL ~ she will always go down in history as the only woman who ever really loved the Joker, despite the physical, near death abuse that she suffers from him.. DID YOU KNOW they were going to use Harley Quinn as a villian for the FIRST BATMAN MOVIE directed by CHRIS NOLAN? Scarecrow was going to work alongside her, haha ~ what a riot they would've been >"< But anyways, always loyal to her puddin', Harley Quinn is my FAVORITE batman villain and always will be (((:
